The one-bedroom home was built in 2014 and is located on Fitzgerald Avenear Coral Sea Park and is a 900-metre walk to Maroubra beach.

Danika, who in addition to presenting Wide World of Sports is a sideline reporter for Nine's NRLcoverage, was seen putting on a PDA with the Bulldogs prop,29, at The Butler restaurant in Sydney's exclusive Potts Point in February.
An onlooker told Daily Mail Australia at the time that Danika looked smitten with the footballer and was practically sitting on his lap at one stage while gazing wistfully into his eyes.

'I can only hope that Danika hasn't been blindsided like I was or going through something similar,' the ex, who declined to be named, told Daily Mail Australia.
'My heart goes out to her if she was.'
This publication previously revealed Todd had asked Danika to give back her diamond engagement ring through a third party because it was a family heirloom.
