Is the current choice and competition in the mortgage market confusing customers? Hundreds of products. Thousands of deals. It’s enough to make your head spin. Brokers are really earning their crust keeping up to date with changes and navigating lenders criteria. We spend a lot of time every week speaking directly with lenders to understand their preferences and also what they’re most likely to approve. In fact it’s never been more important to consult a broker BEFORE you get to your offer. More and more we’re finding 1:1 strategy calls are proving invaluable to make sure we get you the best deal, especially in time critical transactions where completion is key. We’ve had a number of clients recently who’ve come to us when a deal elsewhere has gone wrong or they’ve found themselves with the wrong type of finance in place. It isn’t just about the current deal on the table. It’s about your overal goals, plans and how best to set you up for investment success in this deal and the next. In the run up to Christmas there’s a real push to get stuff over the line, just make sure you’re on the right track. Or give us a call. Service has and will always be top priority to me. Each client should receive the same attention and service, whether a FTHB, seasoned investor, or A paper borrower. Actually received more referrals from FTHB's then the A paper borrower. I pride myself on a 5 star rating and do my best to read and comment on every review. This market lately has been tough, but when I read reviews like this one, it makes the early mornings, late nights, and weekend work all worth it. This buyers scenario was the exact reason I started a brokerage, I got tired of saying NO when I knew there were ways to say YES. Not every loan is easy these days, so far a client to write more then a 1 sentence review (to me) shows true appreciation for the service. As an experienced #mortgagebroker, here's what I can bring to the table:🧩 Expert Guidance: Navigating mortgages can be like deciphering a foreign language. I'll break down complex terms and options into simple, understandable choices. 🧩 Tailored Solutions: There's no one-size-fits-all in mortgages. I'll assess your financial situation and #goals, and then scout the market for the perfect mortgage fit. 🧩 Access to Options: I have access to a wide network of lenders, including those you might not have heard of. This means more mortgage options on the table, increasing your chances of scoring a great deal.🧩 Time Saver: I'll save you hours that would be spent researching lenders and rates. I'll present the best options that align with your needs.🧩 Negotiation Pro: Armed with industry knowledge, I am a skilled negotiator. I'll work to secure the most competitive rates and terms on your behalf. The home-buying process can be #stressful, especially for first-timers. A mortgage broker acts as your support system, answering questions, addressing concerns, and keeping you informed at every step.

For the mortgage agents and brokers in my network here's a gentle reminder, because we all need one once in a while. Lenders will not accept a purview value or real estate estimate that's based on an algorithm. Always do your homework by checking comparable sales. This will lead to less letdowns from lenders. If you need a quick answer on your deal, be sure to provide: Product, Address, Valuation, LTV, Exit strategy and be honest about the situation. Try and provide as much detail as you can without going overboard. Don't demand the Lender to provide their lowest rate and fees possible. Especially if it's just so you can eat more! The borrower and your client should be the first priority. This is a relationship industry. Never over promise to your clients and be upfront with your lending partners. Time is money. #mortgagebroker #mortgages #mortgagelender #teamjv

What are your top five metrics to track in the mortgage business as a PL operator? This seems simple, but you can get whatever reporting you want or need today.I have worked at companies that could generate reporting down to a micro level. You have to take action at some point, as this is where the magic is.This brings us back to the question. After looking at reporting and data, what five metrics would you focus on in running a branch or company? Why? There is only so much time in a day, and driving real change takes time and consistency.I would welcome any and everyone's feedback. Good luck this weekend, and know I am pulling for you.#reporting #mortgage #americansecuritymortgage

Real estate and mortgage pro's have gotten REALLY good at optimizing for the transaction, and have made a lot of money in the process (good job!). 😀 But, NAR data shows that only 12% of consumers work with their agent more than once. 😣Why? By relentlessly focusing on the 10% of the time people are transacting, and ignoring the 90% of the time people are simply living in their home, the industry has basically optimized their way out of repeat business. This. Is. A. Problem.Luckily, Milestones keeps you front and center for the ENTIRE homeowner journey. Let's talk today about how you can extend your value proposition well-beyond the closing table. http://ow.ly/lIWe50NPesnAnd yes, we have transaction hubs too! 😊 #realestate #mortgage #brokerage #homeservices #mortgagemarketing #realestatemarketing
