I had my nails done on Sunday 6/12. I had come to Z nails after attempting to go to My Bliss nails but they were too packed and couldn’t get me in. This was my first time coming to Z Nails so I didn’t know how good nor bad they were but I figured to give them a shot. I walked in and everything was good. I felt pampered the whole time I was there, I had my toes and nails get done at the same time. The man working on my toes over painted my pinky toe so that same day, the polish had came off of that toe. Today, Thursday 6/16, my middle finger nail popped off. I’m not rough with my nails and didn’t do anything for it to pop off so early. Kinda disappointed for paying $108 for nails that don’t last a week. Not to mention that they cut my first toe right under the cuticle.

My best friend and I have been coming to Z Nails for a while now. They know us by name and always make us feel welcome. We like to do crazy stuff with our nails and they always do what we ask we have never been disappointed with the end results. Thank you everyone at z nails for putting up with our crazy ideas.

Best place I have found in Liberty! After moving and looking for a new nail place I tried out 3 other places before landing here. They are very nice! I have loved the quality of my dip nails especially the artwork done on my nails! This picture is after a week of me beating my nails up at work! They look amazing still!Nail art,Pedicure,Dip powder

will start off by saying that I have gone to Z Nails MANY times in the last 2 1/2 years. Easy to make appointments over my lunch with no problems. Until last week, shop owner Vivion confirmed my appointment but was not there when I arrived. Her husband Tommy started my service, she arrived late, running in the front door of the salon yelling about appointment times. She was clearly upset about something. My service has never taken longer than an hour and fifteen minutes. She seemed flustered though that she wouldn’t get my service done in time. I asked her husband if I should figure something else out, and he told me “No it’s fine”. She aggressively and sloppily completed my service. This left me with nails that were not shaped the same, uneven nails, excessive glue build up, and extremely sharp edges that kept catching on clothing. I paid for the service and tipped, leaving without saying anything because her outburst had made me so uncomfortable. I later sent her a message via Facebook telling her that I didn’t think it was fair to leave a poor review online, but the service was done poorly. Vivion messaged back and told me her husband Tommy would be fixing my nails, to come in at a specific time. I showed up, and he had no idea why I was there. Like it wasn’t explained to him. I began to explain starting with the glue build up, and he just cut me off and used a powered attachment under my nails. Wouldn’t speak to me about anything else. Dusted off the glue that wasn’t even removed well, again leaving tons of sharp edges. Dusted off my hands and says “That better”, and scooted back from his station. It was clear that he is upset about having to fix work he hadn’t done. The passive aggressive attitude the second time around was it for me. I finally got up to leave, and Vivion got out of a pedicure chair and said “That was fast, is it better”, and I should’ve said NO. However, it was clear that they did not want to really fix the whole problem as it would require starting over. I just left. Time management is not a priority, and neither is making sure you’re providing what you’re indicating. We all work hard, and having these services is a treat for us. No one should be made to feel so uncomfortable. I won’t be returning, but I will encourage you to check reviews for nail salons nearby instead, I am glad I did!

Although I am pleased with the way my nails turned out, I was not told until AFTER my nails were done that adding chrome powder would be an ADDITIONAL $15! That may not sound like a lot but it adds up when you get your nails and toes done. As a customer, I should have been informed beforehand. Would I have known they were going to be that much extra I would have picked something different. Will be going to another nail salon in Liberty where they are more transparent about pricing. Not happy.

Loved my nails the first day and then they started falling off. I noticed there was a slight dip after the tip… the lady that done mine had 2 fall off while she was filing them,, so she put on a new tip and started over. Then when it came time for the dip I had some of my nails done several times in between using the dremel to file them down… some to thin… if only I lived closer then I’m sure they would have fixed it.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and have never had any problems with pedicure or manicures. I’m a retired letter carrier and walking thousands of miles outdoors did no favors to my feet or hands. I’ve gone to Titi for service here and she has been excellent. She is very pleasant and professional. She gives me all the time needed to do a great job. You’ll never feel rushed. Make an appointment with her and you’ll be very satisfied.

The customer service is great. The problem is don’t bother making an appointment bc they won’t get to you for an hour. I’ve had this experience many many times. When the place is busy the nail techs get rushed n your nails end up messy. I’ve been going here for awhile but unfortunately I am going to have to go somewhere else. A place that will take me when I get there for my appointment.

I’ve been here many times. The last few times have been upsetting. I’ve gotten the owner the last two times I went. She rushes, she hacked my nails off at different lengths, she cut me three different times and she has the audacity to be rude when you tell her you did not bring cash. Not going back.Gel manicures
