Everyman Cinema

Open 10am daily or half an hour before the first film of the day if earlier.
Luxury epitomised with 5 cinema screens offering comfy sofas and armchairs at Everyman Cinema. There is a full bar menu offering hot and cold food and snacks that can be taken into the cinema.

Hyde Park Picture House – currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions

Open 7 days a week, opening hours vary depending on film listing show times.
Hyde Park Picture House is a Grade ll listed building which opened in 1914 it has a seating capacity of 275. The cinema offers a wide varied programme from Arthouse to big new releases.
Situated a 10 minute drive from Leeds city centre.
Bus number 56 from Leeds Albion Street, which stops directly outside the cinema.
Disabled access – 3 spaces are available for wheelchairs in the main auditorium which need to be booked in advance.

Cottage Road Cinema – currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions

Cottage Road, Leeds, LS6 4DD
Cottage Road is the oldest remaining independent cinema in Leeds. It opened to the public in 1912 it has a capacity to seat 466. With state of the art digital projection and Dolby 7.1. The cinema still retains its wood panelled lobby giving the feeling of how the cinemas used to be.
Disabled Access – due to the age and layout of the cinema the cinema does not have wheelchair access or disabled toilets.
Films are subtitled every Monday teatime where possible.
A 15 minute bus ride from Leeds city centre No: 1, 6, 28 and 97.

With 10 Cinema Screens including 1 IMAX with all screens having 6.1 Dolby surround sound, it’s an incredible cinema experience at Vue Cinema, Kirkstall Road.
Situated within a 15 minute bus ride from Leeds City Centre.

Leeds Industrial Museum – The Palace House Theatre

Take a trip back in time to this wonderful picture house set with the Leeds Industrial Museum.
Dating back to the 1920’s it’s one of the smallest picture houses in the world with only 24 seat capacity.
They normally have around two screenings a week so be sure to check out the days and times before arriving at the museum. Bus numbers 15,17,34 and 72 depart from Leeds City centre and the journey takes approximately 20 minutes.

ODEON Luxe Leeds Thorpe Park

ODEON Luxe Leeds Thorpe Park is a new Luxury cinema situated at The Springs, Thorpe Park, Leeds. A 15 minute bus ride from Leeds City Centre and ideally located next to the M1 motorway.

Otley Courthouse

Enjoy a movie in the converted Otley Magistrates Court, now an Arts and Resource Centre.
Otley film society screen a minimum of 18 films on a Thursday evening between September and May at Otley Courthouse. They screen a varied programme featuring Oscar winning performances, dramas and films from the UK and across the Globe. They also feature one off screenings such as short films from the Leeds International film festival.
They have a bar that is open before each film and you can take drinks along to your seat.

Pictureville – The National Science and Media Museum Bradford

(Pictureville screen will reopen on Thursday 17 September, and the IMAX and Cubby Broccoli screens will open on Friday 2 October)
Pictureville is situated within the National Science and Media Museum. It is home to three fantastic cinema screens including the biggest, most immersive IMAX in West Yorkshire. They show the latest blockbusters and family favourites alongside Independent films and cult classics.

Showcase De Lux Cinema

Showcase Cinema is located in Birstall Leeds. It hosts 16 luxury screens with fully reclining luxury seating in every cinema. With Sony 4K and Dolby sound surround.
Fully disabled access throughout the cinema, Autism Friendly screenings are available every 2nd Sunday of each month at 10am.
